We sell ad space in business directory under various categories Eg. Premium Blog Website & Content Writing Services under Main category Professionals and sub-category Bloggers & Content Writers. Your job involves making outbound calls to prospective clients and introducing them to our products/services resulting in sale of ad space.
Understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
Effectively communicating the value propositions of our products/services and addressing customer inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to business owners, introducing them to relevant directories.
- Provide detailed information about the benefits of advertising within specific directories.
- Tailor pitches to showcase the global exposure and advantages of our directories.
- Successfully close deals by selling ad spaces to businesses worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present tailored advertising solutions.
- A passion for sales, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge or interest in the respective industries covered by the directories.
